In the role of Project Manager, you will become an important part of our successful real estate team, where we primarily work with real estate corporations. Responsibilities
As a project manager with us, you will be responsible for a number of client assignments and be the primary contact person for the client. You ensure that the assignments are driven forward with good quality and in close collaboration with the team while planning and following up on the work in a structured manner.
You work both operationally and strategically, collaborating closely with other project managers and group leaders to achieve the business area's goals. The role involves clear leadership responsibility where you actively lead, support, and coach our junior accounting consultants. You set direction in the daily work, follow up, provide feedback, and are a secure and present leader that others turn to. You are also responsible for quality assurance and work closely with KAM to continuously develop and improve our client assignments and processes – so that we become even better at what we do!
You will among other things:Drive qualified accounting and consulting work where you handle everything from complex financial statements and cash flows to consolidation and strategic customer insights.
Take overall responsibility for client assignments by structuring, coordinating, and optimizing resources so that each delivery maintains the highest quality and creates long-term value.
Develop both profitability and relationships by following up on project results, driving improvement measures, and simultaneously building strong, proactive customer relationships.
Lead and strengthen the team by coaching junior consultants and ensuring quality in accounting and reporting.
Drive internal development by actively improving processes and working methods, thereby enhancing both customer experience and the team's operational capacity.
Who are you?

You lead yourself with a steady hand and take responsibility for both the whole and the details. Your analytical ability and accuracy help you keep order when many things are in motion at the same time, and you know when to prioritize what. We are looking for someone who:Has at least 5 years of experience in accounting
Has experience from an accounting or auditing firm
Feels comfortable with K2, K3, and preferably IFRS regulations
Has experience and/or aptitude for coaching, training, and leading colleagues
Independently handles ongoing accounting, income tax returns, annual financial statements, and annual reports
Has a university degree in economics
Is fluent in Swedish and has very good knowledge of English
Is accustomed to customer dialogue and customer contact
Have experience from the real estate sector
Have leadership experience
Have experience with own customer responsibility or project management in a similar role at a firm
Have experience with the systems Xledger, Adra Balancer, Aaro
Have experience and understanding of various regulations and/or group accounting
Have experience in preparing liquidity forecasts, operational settlements, and the impact of mergers on accounting
