Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Sandviken

• has good knowledge of Swedish

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have experience with various assistive devices

• share the client's interests in hockey and folk racing

Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 40%. Working hours are scheduled for shifts between 09:00-09:00. This position is scheduled for one shift per week, every Tuesday-Wednesday. On-call duty occurs between 01:00-08:45.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

The desired start date is January 2026.

Being employed at Humana
