OP Assistans is looking for personal assistants for a client in Gävle. For the right person, we can offer a part-time schedule after a period as a substitute. We are also looking for those who are not interested in a fixed schedule but can step in as needed.

ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is a man living in Gävle. As his assistant, your tasks will include support during transfers, personal care, and assistance with daily chores both inside and outside the client's home. There are children in the household, so you need to be able to work in a family environment.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with experience in personal assistance or another relevant care-related profession. The most important thing is that the chemistry between you and our client works well. In addition to this, there are some requirements to work here:

Requirements:

• Experience in personal assistance or another care-related profession

• Driver's license (B)

• You must be fluent in Swedish in communication and understanding

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience with ALS

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE:

With our clients, you always start as a substitute. However, for the right person, there may be an opportunity for a part-time schedule. We are also interested in hearing from those who only want to work as substitutes when needed.

Working hours are scheduled during the day.

• Training – you will receive thorough introduction and the opportunity to participate in several training sessions that will make you confident in your role, including: - Team Olivia's Assistant Training - Ergonomics and Transfer Training - CPR.

Personal assistance should feel safe, respectful, and simple – as a natural part of life where the client has control. At OP, we have been working to create such assistance since 1998. Through thoroughness, commitment, and a systematic approach, we ensure that the client's assistance works in practice. As a smaller company, we build close and long-term relationships. Many of our managers have themselves worked as personal assistants and have a deep understanding of the profession. We know what it takes for assistance to work in everyday life – not just in theory.
