About the Assignment

We are looking for responsible, empathetic, and dedicated personal assistants for a young woman living in Gnarp, who has a significant physical disability due to an acquired injury. She lives with her husband and requires continuous, active assistance – especially regarding breathing, monitoring of values, and general health status.

She usually decides over her life and daily routine to the greatest extent possible, which is an important part of the assignment to respect.

The client and her family are active Christians, and the home is characterized by calm, respect, and a well-mannered language.

It is important that you as an assistant can work calmly and methodically, as the client is very sensitive to strong smells, light, and noise. Therefore, you should not use strong perfumes, tobacco, or other products that may worsen her condition.

Out of consideration for the client's privacy, female employees are preferred for this assignment.

🩺 It is meritorious if you have nursing assistant training or experience in care, home care, or personal assistance, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Client

She is a creative person with a passion for music, crafts, and creation. In her adapted hobby room, she creates everything from jewelry to interior design – here there is an opportunity to participate in meaningful and joyful activities.

🧩 Job Responsibilities

You will always work together with a colleague in double assistance.

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Active supervision focusing on breathing, values, and condition

• Support with basic needs and transfers

• Handling of assistive devices

• Light household tasks

• Support with social activities and daily operations

• Creative elements such as music and crafts

• Follow the client's routines and daily condition

🚨 Important to Know

• The home is pet-free due to severe pet allergies – if you have pets, you must be able to follow strict hygiene routines

• A driver's license is meritorious (sometimes driving the client's car may be included)

• A background check is required

💼 Employment Type and Working Hours

• The positions are permanent with some flexibility, as well as hourly substitutes as needed

• Working Shifts:

- 09:00–17:00

- 17:00–22:00

- 22:00–09:00 (awake night)

• You will receive thorough introduction and training
