ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 2-year-old girl living with her family. She is a little girl with extensive care needs who, like other children, enjoys playing and having fun. She also loves to dance and swing, but sometimes needs time to recover.

ABOUT THE JOB

Here you will work 12-hour shifts scheduled during the day or overnight. The assignment is performed with double assistance. As a personal assistant, you will assist with everything that is part of a child's life. You will participate in and initiate play. Support with personal care and also be responsible for the medical aids she needs to feel well.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is open to a workday with varying tasks. Here, the ability to switch between play and care is required. You will work in a family, which means you need to be able to adapt to several people, in addition to the client. We place great importance on personal suitability. You and our client will spend a lot of time together. Therefore, the most important thing is that you both enjoy each other's company and feel safe with each other. In addition to this, there are some requirements to be able to work here:

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Experience in personal assistance and/or other relevant care experience

It is also meritorious if you:

• Are a trained nursing assistant

• Have experience working with children

• Have experience working in a family environment

• Have experience with tracheostomy or tube feeding

WORKING HOURS AND SCOPE

We are looking for a substitute who can step in as needed.

Working hours: 12-hour shifts scheduled during the day or night. Awake night. Double assistance.
