Our lovely group home with six places is located at Åkermanskulle 4 in Gävle. We are a great team working together to create a safe and developing environment for the residents.

We are now looking for a support assistant, with a working percentage of 80%. The shifts include daytime, evening, weekend, and so-called “sleeping” on-call during the night.

The work involves providing individual and everyday support to create a safe environment and a meaningful day.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have formal qualifications equivalent to a nursing assistant in care and support, along with several years of experience working within LSS. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, the Office suite, and social documentation. We would like you to have experience with AAC, clear pedagogy, and low-arousal approaches.

Of course, you share our vision and values and truly want to make a difference for our residents by developing the operations and creating conditions for a good life.

A good ability to collaborate and a relationship-building attitude are important qualities, as well as a respectful and calm demeanor.

Since we have access to a company vehicle, we would like you to have a driver's license.
