We are looking for assistants for Vilgot, who is 7 years old. He has dyskinetic CP and epilepsy.

Vilgot needs assistance in all aspects; he is an active boy who enjoys playing, running in his walker, cycling, and hanging out with his family during various activities. He does not speak but uses an eye-controlled computer to communicate or browse YouTube and play games. He is very clear in his body language, so it is usually easy to understand him once you get to know him.

We live in a villa in Bergsjö, and the family consists of mom, dad, Vilgot's two brothers aged 13 and 15, the dog Svante, and two cats. Vilgot eats via PEG but also tastes food with his mouth; PEG is easy to learn.

Vilgot goes to school where he has his own resource. Working hours are after school, after-school care, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. During the summer vacation, the shifts will be longer.

You will work on a schedule of about 50-75%. You will work a few days/evenings before you can work night shifts.

Lifting is involved, so physical fitness should be good. Some experience with children is desirable but not required.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
