The secret agency is in need of reinforcement – new recruits are sought for extremely personal assignments.

I am the agency's operational manager: a 44-year-old visual artist living in central Gävle. Since my muscles are of the slimmer kind, I move around in a power wheelchair and therefore need to borrow your arms and hands to make everyday life work.

Specifically, this means:

• You make everyday life at home smooth – from morning routines to cooking, from showering to tidying up at home.
• You are my extended arm – whether I am at the cottage, on a train journey, in a pool, or need to scrape the car window.
• You think one step ahead – noticing when you need to act without me always having to ask, or keeping in the background when needed.

Who am I looking for?

The most important thing is not experience or formal qualifications – the most important thing is who you are as a person.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is self-sufficient but not stubborn – you take initiative and keep going, but ask when you are unsure. You understand the difference.
• Has a sense of humor and self-distance - most things go easier that way.
• Is in good physical shape – manual lifting is involved.
• Is a woman (due to the nature of certain tasks).
• Handles variations – some days are calm, others more intense.
• Is discreet and professional – you are more effective when you are not visible.

Desirable but not necessary:

• Experience in assistant work or a similar role where you have supported someone in their daily life.
• Driver's license (makes certain situations easier but is not a requirement).

Working hours and schedule:

The position is approximately 50-70% plus substitutes during vacations and illness.

Typical work schedule:

• Mainly day shifts from morning to morning including on-call duty of 5.25 hours at night, some shifts can be split 9-18, 18-9.
• Flexibility in hours is a must - but can often be offered back.
• Opportunity to combine with studies or other commitments.
