OP Assistans is looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a social and friendly man in his 60s. The client works as a part-time teacher, leads an active life, and is looking for someone who can keep up with his pace. He is interested in sports, enjoys meeting friends, going to concerts, and other events. A domestic man who takes care of his home and works in the garden. Since you will spend a lot of time together, often outdoors at various activities, we are looking for someone who enjoys social settings and is open to a dynamic workplace with varied tasks.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The client has a spinal cord injury and as a personal assistant, you will support him in his daily life. This may include everything from transfers, personal care, and assistance with various tasks. This means both inside and outside the home, as well as at the client's workplace.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Have a big heart and want to work with people

• Are active and can participate in various activities

• Are smoke-free

• Have good communication skills and handle the Swedish language very well

• Preferably have experience in care and assistance (but this is not a requirement, we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability)

• Have a B driver's license

• Can work 24-hour shifts

EXTENT:

Hourly substitutes who can step in as needed. Working hours are scheduled for 24-hour shifts.

Many of our managers have themselves worked as personal assistants and have a deep understanding of the profession. We know what is required for assistance to function in everyday life – not just in theory.

Despite being small, we have access to support and resources from our larger group, Team Olivia. This means we can provide you with the personal service you need while having the security and stability of a larger organization. OP Assistans currently has 55 clients and about 400 employees who are employed full-time or part-time. The office is located in central Gävle.
