JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a service that offers short-term stays outside the home for adults with disabilities and respite for their relatives. Working hours vary and can be scheduled during the day, evening, and night, weekdays as well as weekends. As an employee, you should be able to work independently based on routines and guidelines, activities, and individual implementation plans.

Your tasks include:

• Support and assistance with personal care
• Implementation of social activities.
• Social documentation.
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning, implementation, evaluation, and development of the service.

At the end of the recruitment process, you as a final candidate will be asked to supplement your application with a criminal record extract for work with children in activities other than school and childcare.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal requirements:

• Child and youth program with a focus on social work or nursing assistant.
• At least 6 months of experience working with the target group.
• Computer skills and good documentation habits.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience working with alternative, complementary, or sign language support.
