Nova is a support housing for women aged 21 and over with dependency issues and mental health problems. The purpose of placing clients is individual, and planning is done in collaboration with the Adult Investigation Unit. The accommodation has a total of 10 places available with a requirement for sobriety. Here, six employees work, including a unit manager, a coordinator, and a night team of four employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a treatment assistant, you will work based on the individual planning established by the Adult Investigation Unit, where you have a documentation responsibility and ensure that the planning is followed during the stay with us.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Motivational conversations with clients
• Contact with other authorities
• Participate in network meetings and collaborate with the Adult Open Care Unit.
• Take urine samples, cooking, and cleaning our premises

You will also plan activities with the residents. You work daily with the clients, and through conversations, you create conditions together for the client to follow their plan. The length of stay with us is individual.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education as a treatment assistant/educator at a post-secondary level or other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent.

Your qualifications include:

• You have experience working with individuals who have dependency issues/mental health problems
• You have a good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing
• You have experience working with digital tools
• It is an advantage for the position if you have additional training in psychiatry and a B driver's license with driving experience
