We at Alma are looking for someone who can step in as needed for a man in Sandviken.
The work involves, in addition to regular tasks such as assistance with meals, hygiene, and cleaning, accompanying the client to various activities. You who are applying fit the following description:
- are a calm and secure person with your own drive.
- see and can take responsibility for what needs to be done.
- have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.
Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you and our client matches.
Work shifts are available at all hours of the day. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Collective agreement.
