Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

One of our assistants is moving on to new challenges. Therefore, we need to add a new person to our wonderful team. Could it be you?

The job involves, in addition to regular tasks such as helping with meals, hygiene, and cleaning, accompanying clients on various activities. You who are applying fit the following description:

• are a calm and secure person with your own drive.
• see and can take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.

Experience in healthcare is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you and our client is right.
