Description

Working as a personal assistant generally means assisting the user in their daily life, in the user's home, and during activities outside the home.

The work is based on the user's implementation plan, where the user is actively involved in their daily life. The work is user-focused and participatory. In the role of personal assistant, it is important that you have the ability to collaborate and create good communication with the user. The role also includes the obligation to document the work related to the user.

The work is performed for a minor user who lives with their guardians. Relatives are often present in the home. Night work requires you to be secure in your role and able to make independent decisions based on the user's needs. Collaboration with the guardians is important to create security and calm.

Qualifications

Assistant nurse education and several years of experience in care and support work. Experience working with children is an advantage. The job requires a B driver's license.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people. You are responsible, mature, and attentive with the user's needs in focus. In the role of personal assistant, you need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with both the user and the guardians. You are independent and secure in your role as the job also involves working alone at night. The documentation obligation requires proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Based on the user's wishes, we prefer female applicants.

Conditions

Temporary position starting as soon as possible with a chance of extension for parental leave until 2026-12-31.

Working hours are scheduled for day/evening/night, weekdays/weekends with work every other weekend.
