To empower and support residents to become as independent as possible in their daily lives.

Scope of the Position

A full-time temporary position until 2026-08-09.

Your Qualifications

We are now looking for someone to strengthen our staff group. You have completed a care education or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. A B driver's license is required. We seek someone who is attentive, creative, and responsible. You have a pedagogical and motivating approach towards individuals and the ability to work with a focus on individual needs.

Meritorious

You have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.

You recognize the equal value of all people and strive for a positive work environment, keeping the user in focus. You are open to change and want to contribute to the development and improvement of our operations. Furthermore, you are a creative person, and we place great importance on personal suitability.
