We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a 35-year-old man living in his own apartment in Hille, Gävle.

The job involves providing support in daily life and assisting with, among other things:

* personal hygiene

* mobility (the client is a wheelchair user)

* communication

* supervision and other daily tasks

Employment Type

We are primarily looking for substitute workers, with good opportunities for summer positions if the collaboration works well. The work is scheduled for 24-hour shifts with on-call duty at night.

We are looking for someone who:

* is smoke-free (requirement)

* has good physical strength, as there will be some lifting involved

* is calm, secure, and responsible

* has good teamwork skills and can work independently

* is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement, as public transport works well.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that the chemistry is right and that you have a genuine interest in working with people.
