We are now looking for several substitutes to work as personal assistants for a cheerful and slightly mischievous woman with disabilities in her 35s living in Hudiksvall. The woman has autistic traits and is partially mobility impaired.

To maintain her mobility, she needs to train, and as her assistant, you will join her for swimming and other activities. The woman enjoys being outdoors and going for walks in her power wheelchair when the weather is nice, so if you prefer to stay indoors, this position may not be suitable for you.

You will work when the regular staff is sick or on vacation. There is a good chance to continue through the summer and autumn. The regular assistant group is cheerful, attentive, flexible, and has a positive attitude towards most things. We want you to be the same.

We prefer that you hold a B driver's license, but it is not a requirement. Knowledge of support signs is a merit. You should also be in good physical shape, as you will assist and support the woman during transfers. The job requires a high degree of flexibility and attentiveness. As a person, we believe you are responsible and have an easy time collaborating with others and enjoy contributing to creating a meaningful and rich life for another person.
