Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for reinforcement for a young boy who lives in a small house in central Tärnsjö. The client has Jacobsen syndrome within the autism spectrum. He is a cheerful, active boy who enjoys play and swimming, so if you are a creative and imaginative person who can make his everyday life meaningful with both fun and engaging activities, you are the right person to apply. You should also be an organized person who can follow routines, as this is an important part of the job. You must be able to maintain focus on the client at all times due to the risk of falls; the client has epilepsy, so experience with this is a significant plus.

If you have experience working with PECS pictures or can use sign language as support, we consider this an asset. He also needs help with all household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The boy attends a daily activity program two days a week, and the shifts are scheduled between 15:00 and approximately 08:20 with waiting time during the night. On other days, you work a 24-hour shift from 08:20 to 08:20.

We also need you to be flexible and able to step in at short notice, as the client sometimes needs to stay home from the daily activity program due to his epilepsy.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and if you are called, we would like you to bring a copy of your criminal record extract.

Salary according to collective agreement.
