I am a playful, lively, and happy 19-year-old girl who loves music and dance. Watching Let’s Dance and Masked Singer are some of my favorite activities. Otherwise, I enjoy being outdoors and walking, preferably with a dog. In the summers, I love swimming in my dad's pool. Right now, I am looking for assistants, or as I like to call them, my future best friends, who want to make my everyday life safe and fulfilling. I like to accompany on everyday tasks like shopping or loading the dishwasher. When I feel safe with you, I would love to go to a café or why not Furuvik. But it is also important for me to have downtime. So you need to be able to take it easy for a whole day with me. I appreciate if you are proactive as I can be shy at times. But once I open up, I am social and outgoing. I am happy almost all the time. However, when things don’t go my way, I can get upset and need help managing my emotions. Once I have calmed down, I would like to hold your hand while I watch my iPad. Spending time with my family and watching hockey are also some of my favorite activities. I also enjoy visiting my grandparents. I do not have speech, so it is good if you can use sign language or visual support to communicate more easily. But if you are unfamiliar with that, it’s perfectly fine; I am good at showing what I want and don’t want :)

It doesn’t matter if you are a girl or a boy. The important thing is that the chemistry between us is right. However, there are some important things to consider if you want to work as my assistant:

I am looking for someone who is:

• non-smoking

• allergic to pets

• calm, secure, and attentive

• fluent in Swedish and can write in Swedish

It is also a plus if you:

• have a driver's license and a car (not a requirement, but it can be helpful as I do not enjoy public transport)

• have experience with TAKK, sign language, and visual support

• have experience with Down syndrome and/or autism

• have experience working as a personal assistant and/or in other care professions.

• have experience with low-arousal approaches

Working hours and scope: The working hours are scheduled for shifts with waiting time. I am looking for a substitute as needed. There may also be an opportunity for a regular schedule for the right person.
