OP Assistans is looking for two personal assistants for hourly positions with a cheerful and wonderful 15-year-old boy.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

The customer lives with his family in Sandviken and attends school on weekdays. He has a disability that means he is wheelchair-bound and needs assistance with most aspects of a child's life. This can include social activities, transfers, personal care, and communication. Our customer is a 15-year-old who enjoys when things happen. Mischief and fun are enjoyable. Walks are exciting because there is so much to see. He also likes music and watching movies or YouTube. There are cats and dogs in the home.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

The chemistry between you and the customer is the absolute most important thing. We are looking for someone who has the feeling and ability to read the customer in different situations. You need to be responsible, have a good rapport with children, and possess the sensitivity required to work with a child, but also in a family environment. The customer prefers a smoke-free environment, and since animals are part of the customer's life, you need to tolerate pets.

WORKING HOURS AND SCOPE

We are looking for two hourly substitutes who can step in as needed.

Working hours on weekdays are 14:00-08:15. On weekends, day shifts are worked. During school breaks, shifts are scheduled for 24-hour periods between 10:00-10:00.
