We are now looking for a substitute who wants to brighten Joel's everyday life according to his needs. Introduction starts immediately, followed by need-based shifts during the spring. Summer vacation substitute up to full-time and expected continuation as needed and by agreement.

Joel is a cheerful young man who has very severe epilepsy that cannot be fully treated with medication. This means that he has seizures at regular intervals. Many times we have thought that he is living on borrowed time, but he constantly surprises us. Joel is in a wheelchair, his communication is very limited and non-verbal. He needs help with all personal hygiene and is fed through a tube. Joel loves people, closeness, voices, and having things happening around him. The goal is to go out for daily walks and activities, but his daily condition greatly influences this.

Experience with similar assignments is certainly meritorious, but what matters most is being attentive, empathetic, calm, and secure. These qualities are important for the personal chemistry with Joel to match.

Hourly wage according to agreement. All compensations, such as overtime and on-call compensation, according to collective agreements (Vårdföretagarna-Kommunal). Wellness allowance of 2100 SEK (for a full year, which means 175 SEK/month).
