RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you enjoy working in a health-promoting way with the customer at the center? Are you a reliable person who is engaged and considerate, always doing your utmost to support and help others? Great! Apply for the job as a personal assistant.

We are looking for a personal assistant for a lively and cheerful woman who enjoys going for walks, cycling, and swimming. She is social and likes to have company. She communicates using sounds, hand gestures, pictures, and occasional words. She has a lot of energy and needs to find things to do in daily life to avoid boredom. She lives with her parents.

The recruitment is initiated by the customer, and the customer will handle the selection process.

The position is a PAN employment (Personal Assistant Employment).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who holds a Class B driver's license and speaks and writes Swedish fluently.

To succeed in this role, you must be structured and able to adapt, as the daily routine is dictated by the customer's mood. You are proactive and motivating regarding healthy habits. You work independently and can make your own decisions in the moment for the customer's best interest, while also understanding the importance of routines. You plan independently and are resourceful.

As a person, you inspire confidence, trust, and faith. You have the ability to spread calm and stability while taking your own initiatives and distinguishing between the issue and the person. Furthermore, you are skilled at communicating and collaborating with others, and you can adapt your communication depending on the purpose and recipient, both verbally and in writing. You are also flexible in your approach, adapting to different situations with the ability to change your perspective and attitude.
