We are looking for a part-time assistant, 75%, for a man with personal assistance.

It is important that you have experience with autism and see the benefit of building a relationship in order to provide strong support. Furthermore, the position requires empathy for the client's situation and needs, while also having the strength to maintain boundaries for the client's well-being.

The client enjoys his work and also likes to spend time in the woods and outdoors or to go on simple excursions, so physical fitness is required to walk long distances and keep up.

Additionally, we expect experience in managing a home, including planning purchases, cleaning, and laundry, etc.

There are several experienced and skilled assistants around the client who can provide you with a safe introduction. It is very important to be able to work together with other assistants and prepare and carry out various tasks, sometimes in pairs, as well as being able to document and report.
