We are now looking for an engaged, secure, and responsible personal assistant for Johan, who is 26 years old. Johan is a cheerful and social young man with a great interest in hockey, horses, and spending time in nature.

Johan has multiple disabilities and autism. He does not have his own speech but communicates via iPad and sign language. As an assistant, you are attentive, patient, and interested in building a stable and trusting relationship.

In March, Johan will move to his own apartment, which makes this role especially important. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, confident, and instills great trust, both in Johan and his relatives. You have the ability to take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and create a calm and predictable everyday life.

The job involves supporting Johan in his daily life, at home, and during activities outside the residence. You need to be able to take your own initiatives based on Johan's needs, routines, and communication.

Requirements and qualifications:

* A driver's license is required

* Experience with horses is required as Johan has his daily activities at a stable

* You must speak and write Swedish fluently

* Care education is a plus
