Job Description

As an Operations Controller, you will work closely with the management team of adult education and administrative staff, playing a significant role in the systematic quality work and digital development of adult education. Your tasks will include being responsible for producing relevant key figures and operational statistics with the aim of ensuring that the resources of adult education are used effectively and with a focus on achieving the organization's goals. The assignment also includes being one of the systems specialists for adult education in the municipality's administrative objects for educational systems and working consultatively with all operations within adult education to continuously improve the structure, organization, and implementation of administrative processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education and good knowledge of systematic quality work in educational activities. To succeed in this role, you need to have a good understanding of various tools and processes available for assessing goal fulfillment and a solid understanding of the legal frameworks that regulate educational activities. We expect you to have a good understanding of how the different administrative parts are interconnected and how changes in one part can affect the overall process. The work requires knowledge of and experience with student administrative tasks and the ability to systematically evaluate and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. You also need to have good digital skills and strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with scheduling in educational activities is considered an asset.

As a person, you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You plan and organize your work effectively and take responsibility for your tasks. Furthermore, you have specialist knowledge and are a knowledge resource for others.
