Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a business developer focused on property development who wants to take a central role in the company's continued expansion. Uppsala Arenas and Properties AB is a municipal company that develops and manages properties that strengthen Uppsala as an attractive city to live, work, and visit. We work with the entire development chain: from analysis and acquisition to early stages, implementation of larger projects, and management.

Job Description

In the role of business developer, you will work with property transactions, lead strategic development initiatives, and drive progress in large projects during planning and program phases. An important part of the assignment is also to develop the company's existing property portfolio – both through long-term portfolio strategy and concrete development projects that enhance the utilization, value, and sustainability of our buildings.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic background in areas such as property economics, law, or urban planning. To succeed in this role, you need several years of experience in areas such as property development, commercial management, or construction project management. You should also have a good understanding of property economics, property development, and projects. This includes business calculations, detailed planning processes, purchase agreements, and understanding of the project process.

As a person, you are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. You take initiative and start activities to achieve results. Furthermore, you easily grasp and see opportunities with new ideas, methods, and working approaches.
