Our Operations

Are you interested in working mainly with administration and do you enjoy the challenge of having a variety of different tasks? If so, you will thrive with us in Geriatrics. Here you will have the chance to continue developing our department by creating administrative order and structure while being part of a fantastic team in 30A.

At the geriatric emergency care department 30A, the older, fragile patient is the focus. We provide medical emergency care with a rehabilitative approach for the elderly with varying care needs. Together, we are innovative and constantly work on improvements to make care as good as possible for our patients and improve the work environment for our employees/colleagues.

Your Mission

In the role of department administrator, the tasks are varied. The pace can be fluctuating, and it is important that you have the ability to create a good structure for your work.

The role includes providing support and assistance to the care teams in the department. You ensure that the department has the right equipment and supplies in place, including planning patient transports, examinations, and other practical flows. You will be a link between different functions within the hospital, such as service units, transport, and care teams. You also contribute to organizing, maintaining order, and creating a safe and well-functioning environment for patients and staff. You are responsible for the department's phone, handling the medical record system, and receiving invoice approvals, etc.

Your Qualifications

Requirements:
• At least a three-year high school education
• Ability to express yourself fluently in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and IT competence
• Documented experience of working in a similar position and/or tasks
• Documented experience of working in medical record systems and in invoicing and ordering systems
• Good physical condition (inventory management)

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with good organizational skills and experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are clear and service-oriented. You enjoy collaborating and can quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment. You have good IT skills and experience in managing multiple systems simultaneously. Documented experience in handling ordering and financial systems is required. It is an advantage if you have experience working in fast-paced environments where tasks change quickly with a focus on logistics and service.

We Offer

We offer a permanent position with a start date according to agreement. A probationary period may apply. You will work daytime, Monday – Friday between 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
