Quality Developer for the Education Administration in Enköping Municipality

The Education Administration in Enköping Municipality is responsible for pedagogical care, preschool, primary school, high school, and adult education. The administration has a strong focus on working systematically and data-driven to ensure quality, equity, and continuous improvement in educational activities.

We are now looking for a quality developer who wants to take a central and qualified role in this work and contribute with analysis, structure, and strategic development competence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a quality developer, you have a strategic assignment with great responsibility and good opportunities to influence the administration's development. The role is both analytical and close to operations and involves:

• Developing, structuring, and further developing models, processes, and working methods for systematic quality work
• Producing qualified decision-making materials, reports, and analyses used at management and committee levels
• Presenting and advocating analyses and results for management, working committees, and committees
• Actively contributing to the development of digital platforms for data collection, analysis, and follow-up
• Translating data and statistics into usable knowledge that supports operational development.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the head of administration, management team, operational managers, principals, and other key functions. Through quality dialogues and methodical improvement work, you contribute to a deeper understanding of the operations' results and development needs.

The assignment also includes collaboration with other administrations through participation in municipal reference groups that produce analysis and decision-making materials for cross-municipal development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile who is motivated to work strategically with development and quality issues. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• University education in social sciences or equivalent
• Documented analytical ability and experience working with complex issues
• Experience in change management and/or project management
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data and statistics in a structured and pedagogical manner
• Experience working independently with data and digital analysis tools to support decision-making
• Interest in and knowledge of digitalization, including artificial intelligence and its application in public operations
• Excellent ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing
• Experience working in a politically governed organization
