About the assignment

In the role of interim payroll specialist, you will have overall responsibility for the payroll process and work independently with payroll management from start to finish. You will be an important part of the finance function and ensure that salaries, compensations, and reporting are handled correctly and in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

The assignment involves many internal contacts, and you will act as a support to both managers and employees in payroll-related matters. You will also contribute to maintaining structure and quality in the processes during the transition period.

About you

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, confident, and solution-oriented in the role of payroll specialist. You are used to quickly adapting to new organizations and systems, work in a structured manner, and have a high sense of service.

You have previous experience with interim assignments and qualified payroll work. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of collective agreements and are accustomed to working in payroll systems and digital tools. You also possess very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Scope: full-time

Start: as soon as possible or by agreement

Location: Stockholm/Uppsala with some flexibility
