We at Vindex are currently looking for a financial manager for a real estate company in strong growth. This is a role for you who want to take clear overall responsibility for accounting in a smaller but ambitious organization, where you are close to the business and can be part of a clear growth journey.

The role suits both those who are self-sufficient and have experience from real estate companies and who are now ready to take overall responsibility. In the long run, there is the possibility of potentially leading a more junior employee. To fit this role, previous experience from real estate companies is also required.

Location: Central Stockholm

Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting
• Handling of supplier invoices
• Reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to K3
• Independent in financial statements according to K3 and experience in consolidated accounting (to be set up in a year)
• Preparation of annual reports and tax returns
• Payroll management for a few salaries
• VAT and tax issues
• Cost analysis
• Broad contact areas internally as well as externally
• Development of routines and working methods

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance. We would like you to have work experience in qualified accounting and experience from real estate companies. In addition, you are confident in preparing annual reports according to K3 and have experience in consolidated accounting. The role suits you who are self-sufficient and confident in your skills.

As a person, you are structured with an independent working style. You have a desire to be part of building something long-term together with the company over the coming years. For this role, personality and the right drive are the most important. The company strongly believes that the right person can grow with the role!
