YOUR ROLE
We are now looking for a self-driven, motivated, and structured HR and Administrative Coordinator who wants to contribute to both order and development in our operations. The role is broad and combines coordinating tasks, administrative support to both the CEO and management team, and operational HR work.
Examples of tasks:
- Administrative support to the CEO and management team
- Operational HR work (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee issues)
- Personnel administration and internal HR processes
- Management of contracts and contact with suppliers
- Coordination tasks and internal communication
- Purchasing for other operations as needed
The position is located in Örsundsbro.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who has:
- Basic knowledge of HR or solid experience as an executive assistant or administrative coordinator.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good administrative skills
- Very good digital competence and ease in learning new systems
- Experience in leading meetings and structuring meetings, coordinating activities
Meritorious:
- Experience in payroll work
- Experience in creating internal communication
- Experience in public speaking (e.g., staff meetings)
You should have previous experience in similar positions and possess relevant education or comparable work experience.
Furthermore, we see that you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and want to drive things forward.
To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently and see what needs to be done and understand what affects the business.
