Contract Controller for the Technical and Maintenance Office of Command Systems
Do you want to help ensure that the Technical and Maintenance Office of Command Systems has the necessary contractual and supplier relationships to operate within the Swedish Armed Forces' IT and command systems area? If so, we have a position for you – together we create the economic and contractual conditions for the Armed Forces' command support systems.
FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office of Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) has its main operations located in Enköping and is functionally led by the Armed Forces (FM) Headquarters. The unit's primary task is to take responsibility for the Armed Forces' command support systems throughout their lifecycle, from requirements specification to decommissioning, during peace, crisis, and war.
The Position
The position of Contract Controller at TVK Ledsyst is part of the 2nd Contract Section located in Enköping. As a Contract Controller, you will work as part of a team but with responsibility for your own areas and contracts.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial issues within TVK Ledsyst.
- Maintain the unit's current needs for framework agreements and contracts, primarily within maintenance, and monitor contract periods and options.
- Represent TVK Ledsyst in contractual matters together with FMLOG InkE (Procurement Unit) and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and support the procurement process.
- Collaborate on commercial issues with other entities within and related to the Armed Forces.
- Participate in contract communication work between the Armed Forces and FMV together with FMLOG InkE.
- Inform TVK Ledsyst and Armed Forces personnel about terms and procedures regarding contracts as needed and identify and document areas for improvement in the contract/supplier relationship.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Relevant education/experience focusing on law, IT, economics, or business law, or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Current and relevant work experience regarding contract coordination and procurement.
- Current experience in supplier management and negotiation.
- Procurement experience within government.
- Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

MERITORIOUS
- Experience/knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, LOU, and the Defense and Security Procurement Act, LUFS.
- Experience in contract management within the Armed Forces and/or FMV.
- Experience in handling procurement and monitoring contracts and orders.
Other
Employment type: Permanent. The Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not employed by the authority.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Enköping, travel may occur.
Civilian position.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Individual salary setting applies within the framework of the salary target set by the Armed Forces for the position.
