Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include managing the accounting for the companies within the group and its affiliated companies. You will have the support of an accounting assistant who will assist with ongoing accounting and payroll management. We are looking for someone with experience in internal transactions who wants to continue working in this area.

In your daily work, you are expected to manage the finances for the aforementioned companies, which includes handling customer and supplier contacts, ongoing bookkeeping, periodic VAT summaries, and customs reporting. Furthermore, you will prepare financial reporting including follow-up and analysis of income statements and balance sheets, compile monthly and annual accounts, and annual reports. You will also be involved in preparing VAT and employer declarations and reporting information to various authorities as well as other inquiries from the CEO, owners, or management team.

Some personnel administration occurs, such as payroll and absence statistics.

In your role, you are expected to work closely with the CEO, owners, and operational manager. Reporting and presentation of monthly accounts to management will occur regularly. If you thrive with significant personal responsibility in a non-prestigious company, this could be the role for you.

Education/Experience

To be suitable for the position, you have worked for several years in finance and have a desire to work with group accounting. We prefer that you have experience with medium-sized companies. If you have previously worked with Visma, that is an advantage.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Proficient in the Office suite.

A driver's license is an advantage. We place great importance on personal qualities.
