The Armed Forces Intelligence and Security Center (FMUndSäkC) is now seeking a training coordinator for the Method Support Department of the Training Unit, located in Uppsala.

The Training Unit

At the Training Unit, joint Armed Forces training and development of intelligence and security services are conducted from combat technical to operational level. An important part of the operation is the continuous development of our own staff. Conducting courses and training is a natural part of the operation as well as participation in exercises and development projects. Collaboration occurs with all parts of the Armed Forces as well as with other authorities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Training coordinator for Intelligence and Security Service System
  • Support for teachers' course implementation
  • Resolve staff tasks related to teacher support
  • Requirements management and technical collaboration with IT, IT Security, and Technical Management
  • Collaboration and coordination with study administration

Qualifications

  • Academic degree from post-secondary education in e.g. computer science, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in requirements management and technical collaboration
  • High knowledge in Windows environment or other advanced IT environment
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge and professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who has their own inner drive and is solution-oriented. You should be able to quickly adapt to new conditions on a daily basis and have a high social collaboration ability across the organization.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

MERITORIOUS

  • Experience working in ISUS and/or BICES and/or PRIO or other systems within the Armed Forces
  • Experience in basic staff work
  • Experience in team or project management

Other

Employment form: Permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.

An employment with us means placement in a security class. Usually, Swedish citizenship is required.
