Our Operations

In nuclear medicine, both diagnostics and therapy are performed using radioactive drugs. Nuclear medicine examinations and therapy evaluations are carried out using the modalities PET/CT and SPECT/CT. In the department, you as a booking coordinator/department secretary will work closely with another booking coordinator/department secretary and also closely with radiology nurses, biomedical analysts, doctors, pharmacists, and others.

Your Mission

Due to retirement, we are now looking for a booking coordinator/department secretary who positively and actively wants to influence the development of our operations. Your tasks will mainly consist of booking and handling referrals, response management, and telephone communication with patients and referring units. You will work in our internal referral system WIM but also use other systems such as the medical record system Cosmic and 1177.

Your Qualifications

We prefer that you are a medical secretary or nursing assistant with experience in a corresponding function that involves many different administrative tasks. You have good technical knowledge and experience in handling various data systems. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, communicative, and service-oriented. A good reception is of utmost importance.

Your Competence

You are confident, have self-awareness, and have the ability to distinguish between the personal and professional. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive your processes forward in a structured manner. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

You enjoy having many different tasks. Structure is important, and you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively within set time frames.

We Offer

We can offer a permanent position at 100% with a start date according to agreement. A trial period may be applied. Currently, working hours are Monday to Friday, daytime.
