As an Administrator with us, you will have a broad and varied role with many points of contact, where customer service is a central part of everyday life. You will work closely with our administrative coordinator and provide operational support to several parts of the business.

A large part of the role involves daily contact with customers via phone, email, and at our customer reception/cash register. The role suits you if you enjoy helping people, providing good service even in situations where customers may be stressed or worried, and thrive in a supportive and operational role with a fast pace.

The role also has a practical aspect, and we would like you to be handy and comfortable taking on everyday practical tasks, such as moving things, assembling simple furnishings, or putting up shelves as needed.

• Registering samples, handling data entry and documentation

• Interacting with customers via phone, email, and at our customer reception, as well as handling payments at the cash register

• Performing simpler administrative tasks according to routines

• Assisting with invoicing and preparing documentation for accounting

• Supporting work related to inventory, deliveries, and the webshop

• Contributing to a pleasant and orderly office environment through various kitchen and household chores, holiday decorations, and other office-related tasks

We are looking for someone who is positive, service-oriented, and flexible, and who thrives in an operational everyday life with a fast pace and many parallel tasks. You find it easy to prioritize, keep multiple balls in the air, and quickly adapt when circumstances change.

You appreciate structure and routines, but are also comfortable with the fact that the workday can be varied and at times unpredictable. The role includes both administrative and practical elements, which means that physical work and heavy lifting may occasionally occur.

You have a strong sense of service, are confident in phone contact, and meet customers with attentiveness and professionalism. You understand the importance of an empathetic approach and have a genuine interest in helping – even when the customer is worried or has many questions.

Since healthy animals are our passion, we would like you to have an interest in animals and nature, or experience working with animals.

• Have a high school diploma

• Have work experience from an administrative role, customer service, retail, or another service-oriented business

• Enjoy a lot of customer contact and have good experience working on the phone

• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with varied tasks

• Have very good computer skills and preferably experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)

• Have the ability to work systematically even when the pace is high

• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and express yourself fluently in speech and writing

• Extent between 100% (40h/week) according to agreement
