We are here to solve complexity by connecting millions of flights and travelers around the world, from search and selection to travel and beyond. We own online travel agencies such as Mytrip, GoToGate, and Flight Network and provide flights for Booking.com. Etraveli Group has also established partnerships with companies like Skyscanner, Google Flights, TUI, among others.

Of our 3000 employees, about 40 work in our customer service center in Uppsala. We are located in modern, bright offices with a fantastic rooftop terrace, just a five-minute walk from the central station. About the role

In the role of Customer Service Representative (Travel Agent), you act as the important link between us and our customers. The work is varied and focuses on problem-solving in a technical environment. You will work in several parallel systems to assist our customers via phone.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls regarding, for example, rebookings, canceled flights, baggage issues, and name changes.

  • Navigate complex booking systems and ensure that the customer's journey is handled correctly.

  • Deliver high-quality service and handle customer inquiries professionally.

  • Report technical issues and customer feedback within the organization.

Paid training and working hours: To ensure you feel secure in the role, your employment begins with a paid training period of eight weeks. Here you will learn our systems and working methods from the ground up with an engaged trainer. No prior experience is required, but it is crucial that you can be present on-site throughout the training period.

We work office hours, 08:00–17:00 on weekdays. You are always off on weekends and public holidays.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.

  • Has a positive attitude and a strong sense of service.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably via phone.

  • Knowledge of booking systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.

  • Relevant education in travel/tourism.

  • Knowledge of Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
