Your role with us

Uppsalahem is now looking for a student employee who wants to support the work with leasing of commercial premises. In this role, you will work closely with Uppsalahem's local team, consisting of a commercial leasing manager and a business area manager for commercial premises and municipal properties.

As a student employee in commercial leasing, you will primarily work with administration related to the leasing process. You will have the opportunity to be involved in dialogues with customers, negotiations, and drawing up lease agreements. You will work closely with both the property management and our commercial tenants.

As needed and depending on time, the work may also include marketing and viewings of commercial premises, as well as helping to identify potential customers.

Main responsibilities

• Answer questions via email
• Assist with drawing up lease agreements for premises
• Conduct viewings of premises
• Create advertisements
• Register contracts in the current property system
• Review old agreements
• Assist with keys

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Studies full-time at a university or college with a focus on law
• Has a category B driver's license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in law, preferably with a focus on contract law. You work carefully and systematically, and have good communication skills and an easy ability to build trusting relationships with different types of people.

What is a student employee?

As a student employee, you study at a university or college while performing a qualified job with us.

You are offered a flexible position with up to 15 hours of work per week. The employment is adapted so that you can combine full-time studies with your work at Uppsalahem. You work with the same tasks as our regular staff, but with some adaptation to the limited working hours.
