Do you have experience in retail sales targeting business customers and are you looking for a broader role? Then this position could be your next step!
As a retail salesperson with us, you manage our professional store. Naturally, your duties include taking care of our customers and the store, but a large part of our sales takes place through other channels. This means your role will be broad and also involve a significant amount of administration.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving customers in the store
- Maintaining the store, fronting, unpacking goods, etc.
- Answering phone calls and emails; you are logged into the switchboard together with the sales team and act as first-line support for our customers
- Handling purchases and orders in our system
- Other administrative tasks such as price updates, database maintenance, monthly newsletters, and posts on our social media channels
Your most important task is to provide excellent service to our customers, as well as to help colleagues by ensuring that all parts of the store operations run smoothly!
About you
You need to have experience working with retail sales, preferably in a professional store. You are IT-savvy and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. You follow up on and plan your working hours in a proactive manner. We also see that you are a curious and interested person who understands that your knowledge of our product range is crucial for success in this role. Of course, good service is important to you!

Städbutiken is part of Comfort-Control AB and has locations in Uppsala and Sundsvall. We sell cleaning machines and cleaning materials to retailers and business customers, and we also offer service for cleaning machines. We are a cheerful team of 10 employees striving to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience.
Good to know
You will be based at our store on Arkgatan 4.
Working hours: 7:00 - 16:00.
The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period.
