Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking for new challenges? Then this position might be for you!

The role of Service Advisor focuses heavily on customer contact, which will be a recurring part of the job throughout the day. Tasks may include helping customers with questions about car parts, advising on various service jobs, and handling administrative duties such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

About the position:

• Receive customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles.
• Prepare cost estimates and provide price quotes.
• Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders.
• Ensure that the correct spare parts and services are offered.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to inform them of the status.
• Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good system proficiency in one of the following systems: KOBRA, CABAS, or WINASSIST.
• Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
• Has technical knowledge of passenger cars.
• Is organized and structured in their work.
• Has a manual B driver's license.

The position is full-time with working hours during daytime, Monday to Friday.
