We are now looking for two receptionists for our client's operations in Uppsala. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires great personal commitment.

You will be the face of the customer, welcoming visitors, handling mail, answering the phone, making orders, and performing other common reception tasks.

Your background should be in reception or another service profession. We work flexibly, and the tasks may vary. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming and registering visitors and customers
• Handling inquiries and orders via phone, over the counter, and email
• Managing conference rooms and bookings

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from similar positions is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

Personal qualities:

• You should be social and enjoy being a point of contact for employees
• You should have a genuine interest in the overall solution regarding service/meetings
• You should find it rewarding to solve daily problems independently and always want to make each day better for employees in the office and external guests
• You should be structured and plan-oriented
• You have the ability to listen, communicate, and understand the customer's needs
• You should be positive and enjoy working in a team towards clear goals

Employment form and working hours:

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period, full-time. Monday - Friday, daytime. Start 01-03-2026.
