We are now looking for a customer service representative for immediate hiring. In your employment, you will be assigned to one of our clients in Uppsala. The client is a major player in property management.
As a customer service representative, you play an important role as an ambassador for the company, and your approach is crucial in the company's relationship with its customers.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Receiving reports of issues and other inquiries
- Mail handling
- Administration of queue management and rental of parking spaces
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
To succeed in this role, we want you to have/be:

If you have previous experience in property management, it is an advantage.
