Job responsibilities
As a communicator with us, you are both a strategist and a doer. You work closely with the operations and help develop internal communication throughout the Church of Sweden. You lead change communication assignments and contribute to creating a communicative organization where employees are well-informed, involved, and engaged. You are part of a unit with about 10 communicators who support the Church Office's departments. A total of about 40 employees work in the communications department.
You will:
- Analyze, plan, and implement communication efforts that strengthen dialogue and collaboration.
- Drive the development of internal communication and change communication.
- Work with digital channels and tools to create modern, effective solutions.
- Be an active part of the Church of Sweden's change journey and contribute with new ideas and perspectives.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an academic degree in communication or equivalent education.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in strategic and practical communication work – and enjoys both thinking big and rolling up their sleeves.
- Is accustomed to working with digital channels, AI, and other modern tools.
- Has experience in sales/marketing communication, internal communication, and change communication.
- Is creative, curious, and sees opportunities in digital development.
- Has the ability to build relationships and create collaboration in a complex organization.
- It is an advantage if you have experience from value-driven or politically governed organizations.
