For our Uppsala office, we are seeking someone who enjoys taking on significant responsibility and is eager to face challenges for growth. You are an experienced economic consultant with strong skills in bookkeeping, business advisory, income tax returns, as well as year-end and annual report issues.

• Relevant education in finance or equivalent competence acquired in the industry

• Experience from an accounting firm / financial agency

• Good system familiarity and understanding of digital workflows

• Experience in ongoing accounting, business advisory, income tax returns, and year-end work

• Experience in leadership through mentoring and coaching

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Responsible

• Experience managing clients with larger corporate structures and advanced declarations

• Experience with K3 year-end reports and group accounting

• Experience in legal corporate advisory

• Experience as a controller

The tasks are varied according to the needs of our clients and Avanta, but we see that you will primarily work with:

• Year-end work, income tax returns, personal tax returns, and business advisory in close collaboration with our clients and your colleagues.

• Certain ongoing accounting for clients with higher complexity

• Mentorship and guidance of junior colleagues in year-end, declarations, business advisory, and sales.

• Driving digitalization and automation processes for our clients

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. We apply a rolling selection process, so please do not wait to submit your application.
