- Contribute to the creation and updating of governing documents, routines and training materials
We are looking for you who have
- An academic education in economics or other education that the employer considers relevant
- At least five years of experience working with financial flows, for example within supplier or customer accounting, procurement, invoicing and payments
- Work experience from, and understanding of, transaction processes, system support and working methods that collaborate for quality, efficiency and control
- Ability to see the big picture and understand the consequences of changes in larger processes (how work is organized in flows, e.g. from procurement to payment) and system landscapes.
- Ability to analyze, take responsibility for deliveries and work structured even when tasks vary
- Good communication skills and enjoy collaboration in cross-functional teams
Meritorious is experience of working in Microsoft's financial systems (Dynamics or Business Central), with approval flows and invoicing solutions and surrounding system support. You are welcome to have worked with business development or process development within the financial area as well as system configuration, data control and master data management. We would like you to have experience from shared service and business work in projects, change management or new connections to financial management (preferably for the Church of Sweden's economic service), digitized service development and to translate business requirements into feasible changes.
