Your role with us

As a payroll consultant for our client, you will become an important part of a competent payroll team. You will work several days a week from their office in Uppsala and independently manage the entire payroll flow – from start to final delivery. The role involves close collaboration with our clients, where you act as an advisor and contact person for payroll issues.

The work includes ongoing payroll administration, reporting to authorities and external parties, as well as interpreting and applying laws and regulations. You will work with both Swedish and international clients in various industries, providing a varied and developing everyday life.

Even though you work independently, we highly value collaboration. Many assignments are carried out together, and great importance is placed on team spirit and knowledge sharing – both in daily work and in the office community.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and enjoys an advisory role with a lot of client contact. You are structured, take responsibility for your work, and have a genuine interest in delivering quality. At the same time, you are social and enjoy contributing to a positive work environment where collaboration and relationships are in focus.

You are curious, solution-oriented, and want to continue developing in the payroll field – both professionally and personally.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in payroll (YH) or equivalent
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably from an agency
• Good system proficiency and an interest in digital tools (experience with Hogia Lön+ is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
