Responsibilities:

As an education coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for staffing the department's courses and programs with the right teaching competence. Staffing responsibilities include staffing, planning, and coordinating all courses and programs based on the right competence. You are expected to have close dialogue with the department's teaching staff in the planning and distribution of teaching assignments. Furthermore, you will be part of the department's management team and participate in the analysis of the department's short- and long-term competence supply needs. Other tasks related to our education as well as teaching and supervision may also be included in the employment.

Qualifications:

Due to the strategic nature of the tasks, a PhD in psychology is required.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Desirable/meritorious:

Experience in educational administration is meritorious. For the current tasks, it is a significant advantage if the person has good knowledge of the department and our courses and programs.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, and personal qualities will be highly valued.

About the employment:

The employment is permanent. The scope is 50%. Start date is February 1, 2026, or by agreement. Place of employment: Uppsala.
