As an HR consultant with us, you will receive a unique combination of tasks. You will work both operationally at our clients and with direct recruitment. The role suits you who enjoys juggling many tasks and appreciates variety – from strategic HR issues to relationship-building customer work.

You will, among other things:

• Be out with our clients as an HR consultant and support in personnel-related issues.
• Drive and execute recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Actively work with sales through proactive customer contact.
• Represent the company at fairs, networking events, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Function as an advisory partner in HR, labor law, and organizational development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, preferably both operational and strategic.
• Has a background in HR, personnel administration, or a related field.
• Enjoys customer contact and has a natural sales drive.
• Is confident in representing the business outwardly and enjoys fairs and events.
• Has an easy time building trust and relationships.
• Is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys a role with variation and personal responsibility.

HR-Byrån in Mälardalen AB operates with a focus on being the external HR department for companies that do not have their own or need support in their existing one. This includes acting as HR consultants and external recruiters. Our clients are from various industries and sectors.
