Job Description

In the role of Finance & Purchasing Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied position where you are responsible for both financial flows and purchasing-related processes. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers.

The role combines operational accounting work with coordinating and follow-up tasks within purchasing. You contribute to structure, quality, and efficiency in their processes and have the opportunity to help develop working methods.

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations

• Management of accounts payable and incoming invoices

• Participation in monthly and annual financial closing

• Coordination of order placement and purchases

• Contact with suppliers and supplier evaluation

• Contract management and purchasing routines

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with varied tasks and many points of contact. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, take responsibility for your work, and have a solution-oriented attitude. You take initiative and find it easy to switch between details and the big picture, appreciating working in a changing environment.

As a person, you have a strong drive and experience in accounting, as well as an understanding of purchasing processes and supplier contacts. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are used to working in various systems, and are interested in how AI can streamline work.
