As a Credit Controller at Bridgestone, you will have overall responsibility for accounts receivable and credit processes. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure good credit control, stable cash flow, and long-term customer relationships. The role is operational but also offers the opportunity to contribute to improvements in processes and working methods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Responsible for credit assessments and credit limit management
Ongoing follow-up of accounts receivable and outstanding claims
Active dialogue with customers regarding payments and discrepancies, via email and phone
Collaboration with sales, finance, and other functions
Contribute to the development and efficiency of credit and payment processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience
Has excellent knowledge of Excel
Has good system proficiency
Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the work is conducted in both languages

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Experience as a Credit Controller, in accounts receivable or a similar role
Knowledge of Finnish
